Diana Galindo
As our lead Realtor, Diana possesses in-depth experience in listing properties in the Twin Cities. Having staged houses in the past, she provides highly informative advise on what attracts potential buyers, how to quickly sell a house, or how to achieve the best sales price. In the past, she has also worked in construction and commercial developments as a former executive at Target corporation. Diana graduated from Western Michigan University.
Nate Armstrong
As a long time resident of the Twin Cities, Nate has been making homes across the metro beautiful for years. He started his real estate career while he was a student at Saint John's University painting homes. The company he formed during college, Premium Painting, still holds the values that Nate instilled, which is why Angie's List still rate's the company at an A level. In Nate's final year of college he was awarded the Minnesota Collegiate Entrepreneur of the Year Award. He also finished in the Top Ten Global Collegiate Entrepreneurs later that year.

Nate also spent four years as an Executive with the Target Corporation. As a Facility Operations Group Leader, Nate learned the intricacies of building construction and maintenance. He became a Licensed General Contractor in 2008. Through his work at Target, painting over 300 homes, and receiving an A rating, Nate truly understands the needs of clients and will go the extra mile to ensure they get what they want. Lynda Stern
Lyndais a Realtor and a Super Agent with decades of experience representing high-end buyers and sellers. She specializes in lakeside properties, resort properties, and other homes that appeal to clients with highly selective purchase requirements.
Emily Stradcutter
Emily is the Team Leader of the Calhoun Ventures Team. She is the primary point of contact for potential buyers, agents, city inspectors, and investors. Due to her background in interior design, Emily also stages houses on behalf of the team.
Emily graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato with a BA in Human Resource Management and a minor in Accounting and Business Administration. Born in New Ulm, Emily moved to the Twin Cities after college to work in the Real Estate industry. Prior to joining the Calhoun Ventures Team, she was a project assistant at Arthur Shuster, an interior design company in Roseville and an Assistant at the Keller Williams office in Eagan, MN.
Real Estate has always been close to Emily's heart, as her dad is a Real Estate Agent. In her free time Emily enjoys traveling and reading and spending time with family and friends.
